Where We Ship From

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States 🇺🇸. We ship to nearly every country around the globe.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed immediately upon submission. Processing excludes weekends and public holidays. Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping‑confirmation email with your tracking link.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur from customs clearance, local carrier disruptions, or public holidays.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all Longback Studio orders. Shipping cost will show $0 at checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You can also log into your Longback Studio account anytime to view your order status and shipping progress.
If you need support with tracking, please email your order number to support@longbackstudio.com.

Modify or Cancel Your Order

We process and ship orders very quickly. If you need to adjust or cancel your purchase, send an email to support@longbackstudio.com as soon as possible.
‑ If your request arrives before your order ships, we can modify or cancel your order.
‑ If the package has already been dispatched, we cannot make changes. You may use our hassle‑free return & exchange service instead.

Wrong / Undeliverable Address

Please double‑check your shipping address when checking out. If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address and gets returned to us, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly overdue, please first check your tracking link for updates. Contact our support team with your order number so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
