3‑ Orders & Acceptance
When you submit an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order for any reason. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been fully processed and we send you an order‑confirmation email.
Please verify your shipping and billing information before checkout. You may request order modification or cancellation by emailing support@longbackstudio.com only before your package ships. Once dispatched, changes or cancellation cannot be performed; our return‑exchange policy will apply.

4‑ Pricing & Payment
All product prices are displayed in US Dollars. Prices do not include destination‑country import duties, customs fees or sales taxes that may apply for international buyers.
You agree to provide valid, accurate billing and payment details at checkout. All charges are processed at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors and cancel orders placed under incorrect displayed pricing.

5‑ Shipping
All orders ship from our United States warehouse. We provide free worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed; delays can result from customs clearance, carrier disruptions, holidays or force‑majeure events.

6‑ Returns & Exchanges
All return and exchange activities are governed by our dedicated Return & Exchange Policy. Requests must be submitted within 21 calendar days after delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except for your first‑time item exchange benefit. Returned goods must arrive clean, intact and undamaged. A $5 restocking fee may apply for items showing signs of wear.

7‑ Product Usage Disclaimer
Our garments are pet‑only clothing intended for dachshunds. Always supervise your dog while wearing our apparel. We shall not be held liable for injury, harm or damage resulting from unsupervised pet use, improper fitting or misuse of our products. Our clothing is not designed for human wear.
