We will process and ship your order as soon as possible. If you wish to make any adjustments to your order, please email info@longbackstudio.com immediately. If we receive your request before shipping, we will modify your order. If we are unable to process your modification request in a timely manner, we offer convenient and hassle-free exchanges and returns.

Exchanges

Submit your exchange application via email to info@longbackstudio.com within 21 calendar days after delivery.
We provide complimentary return shipping for your very first item exchange as an exclusive customer perk.
All returned items will undergo official condition inspection and must satisfy our standard return prerequisites.
We will dispatch your replacement merchandise promptly once we receive and complete inspection of your returned parcel.

Returns

Kindly be advised that all return shipping expenses shall be borne by the customer.
Our brand donates 5% of every single order total to official global Dachshund rescue charities. Returns are accepted within 21 days after you receive your items, and each charitable donation will only be allocated collectively once the official refund window has fully closed.

If you submit a return request, the 5% designated donation portion from your order will not be donated externally. The full original amount you paid will be refunded entirely through your original payment method.

All merchandise must remain clean, intact and free from any physical damage.
A $5 restocking fee will apply if returned goods display visible wear or obvious usage traces.
Every returned item is subject to our internal inspection procedure. Once your return request is approved, a full refund will be issued straight back to your original payment account.
