    We pride ourselves on processing transactions quickly! Orders are typically processed immediately upon submission.

    Exchanges

    Submit your exchange application via email to support@longbackstudio.com within 21 calendar days after delivery.
    We provide complimentary return shipping for your very first item exchange as an exclusive customer perk.
    All returned items will undergo official condition inspection and must satisfy our standard return prerequisites.
    We will dispatch your replacement merchandise promptly once we receive and complete inspection of your returned parcel.

    Kindly be advised that all return shipping expenses shall be borne by the customer.
    Returns are accepted within 21 days

    All merchandise must remain clean, intact and free from any physical damage.
    A $5 restocking fee will apply if returned goods display visible wear or obvious usage traces.
    Every returned item is subject to our internal inspection procedure. Once your return request is approved, a full refund will be issued straight back to your original payment account.
